set of folders could not be opened.

I am using Microsoft Office 2003. When I try to open Outlook, I get the
error message: "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the
Outlook window. The set of folders coul not be opened." Any ideas on how to
resolve this problem. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing.

What type of account? What set of folders is Outlook trying to open (use
Control Panel's Mail applet to look)?
