Outlook 2003 Error

I keep getting the error "unable to open default email folders. the
information store could not be opened" when I try to open Outlook 2003, I
have uninstalled Outlook and Office and then re-installed them. But still I
keep getting the error.

I have also removed all Profiles and created a new one, but I still keep
getting the error. Outlook will not go past the error message.

Can someone help?

Have you tried opening Outlook in Safe Mode (Start->run->outlook.exe /safe
<note the space between the .exe and the /)
