Win 7, outlook 2010

Just "upgraded" outlook 2003 to 2010 but keep getting the above error
message when trying to open it - I'm not using exchange server just
local

Checked mail box properties and set to original outlook.pst file as
stated in error box, compacted it and even ran scanpst.exe to repair
any errors and it doesn't make the slightest bit off difference, even
created a brand new data file - still same error message -

I only replaced outlook and kept word/excel etc... 2003 - can't see
that having anything to do with it though?

and ideas before I restore back to 2003?

cheers

found if I delete my profile and create a new one it lets me in, I can
then open outlook.pst file but I've lost all email accounts + rules
etc... - is there anyway to get these back anyway to import these!

Also noticed whereas in 2003 email from every email address went to
the same .pst file, 2010 seems to have a separate inbox etc... for
each address - is that right and can I change it to use one?
