service pack updates without a web connection??

Installed MS2000 after wiping the hard drive clean.

Cannot insall the MSN 8 braodband cd because i do not
have the service pack 2. i cannot download service pack 2
because i do not have an internet connection.
Besides ordering the cds how can i download without a web
connection?

Here are some suggestions - apologies if they seem obvious:
- Install a modem (and be prepared for a long download)
- Get the SP from a friend
- Get it from your friendly computer dealer
- Subscribe to a computer magazine that includes CDs with
service packs

Get a friend to d/l it & burn a CD for you or just do the latter with
the copy she carefully stored elsewhere on her machine.
