Service 4 pack

I recently downloaded the service 4 pack and now I find that my internet explorer doesn't work. It keeps bringing up the cannot open web page error message even though I do have a connection to the internet and other applications are able to connect to the internet just fine.

From a command prompt
ipconfig /all
and post the result.
