installing WIN 2000 service pack 4 without a web connection

I have recently purchased a used laptop without web connection capabilities,
and I am trying to install the indows 2000 service pack 4 from a CD. The
installation messages say to find help for doing this at the MS help website,
but I cannot find anything there even close to this topic. Does anyone know
how to do this or the web address for the correct MS Windows help screen?
