Last year I downloaded SP1, then SP2. After I downloaded SP2 my computer would not stay on-line, its speed would go upto 115.0 kbps and that would kick me off. Someone suggested to then remove a portion of one of the Service Packs, forgive me, I dont remember Q# / Hotfix (hope that makes sense)which I did. That gave me that ability to connect at 28.8, so that fixed that problem. Well now I do not have the ability to clean disk. Any suggestions????

SP2 for Windows XP has not yet been released. It is still finishing up
'beta' testing.

Where did you get SP2 from?

Could you confirm exactly what you installed on you computer because SP2 is
not available yet and you cannot "remove a portion" of a SP.

The Sp2 that Dena may be referring to "Q811493_WXP_SP2_x86" caused
performance issues for many of us.
See: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;819634 for
possible fix
to your problem.
