Clean Diskup

Last year I downloaded SP1, then SP2. After I downloaded SP2 my computer would not stay on-line, its speed would go upto 115.0 kbps and that would kick me off. Someone suggested to then remove a portion of one of the Service Packs, forgive me, I dont remember Q# / Hotfix (hope that makes sense)which I did. That gave me that ability to connect at 28.8, so that fixed that problem. Well now I do not have the ability to clean diskup. Any suggestions????

Sorry, once again. I just went into add remove progams. Its was SP2 - Q329115.
