Server restarting 3 times a month with a blue screen

Hi

I have got a HP DL380 G3 server running Windows 2000 Service Pack 5 that give the following blue screen error:
Blue Screen Trap(Bugcheck, Stop:0x00000044 (0x881d29c8)

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
