translate Blue Screen Trap?

Can anyone tell me how to translate the information
supplied in a Blue Screen Trap message?
I have an application server that is blue screening a
couple of times a week and it's become a major problem.
It's a DL380 G3 with dual 2.8 Xeons and 1gb of RAM.
It's running Windows 2000 Server w/sp4 and Insight Manager
agents (ver 6.20).
I've been upgrading software and drivers in an attempt to
locate the problem. (ie. sp4, hardware drivers, IE
updates)

any ideas would be appreciated.
