Server Reboots No Blue Screen

I have a server that has Windows 2000 with SP4 installed and it is randomly
rebooting and there is no blue screen or memory dump. I have changed the
setting to tell the server not to restart on system failure but it does not
stop there. The only event in the event viewer is the system was shutdown
unexpectedly. Any ideas?
