Server Error during Publishing

I keep having a server error when I tried to publish my site. It says, "The
page myproducts.htm has been modified by xxx user on aug.18 2005 15:17:15
0400-"

Sometimes it is a page I just modified. Sometimes it's not.

Can anyone advise on this? I recently updated my Frontpage to FP2003.

After you updated to FP 2003, did you do a *full* publish to your remote
server, instead of "changed pages only'? If not, you need to do so to get
your webs in synch. After you do this, go back to publishing changed pages
only.
