FP 2003 Server Error Thumbs

All of a sudden I can't publish my webpage changes. I get a message that
says: Server error: The page Thumbs,db has been modified by (unknown) on 18
Feb 2007 15:34:48 - 0600. I see I have a Thumbs.db in most files. My site has
abot 15 pages. How do I fix this problems and what are Thumbs.db?

Find all of those thumbs.db files and delete them from your web.
The recalculate hyperlinks and then republish.

To prevent the thumbs.db files from being created either:
1. Do not browse folders with images using windows explorer or
2. Double click My computer > click Tools, click the View tab
and check "Do not cache thumbnails" and then click OK all of the way out.

2. is the better option.
