Urgent: Server error when publishing

When I was publishing to my web server, I got this error message:
Server error: The page XXXXX.htm has been modified by the administrator on
11 Sep 2004 14:11:17 -0400.

I deleted that page, then got another error for another page. What should I
do? Thank you!

Are you the only one with access to the site? Have you used FTP on the site?

The answer depends upon the cause of the condition -- in most case you can ignore it and continue.

I used Frontpage to publish to my web server, not FTP. I am the only
administrator here. I tried to ignore, but some of the pages were not
published. Please advise.

I restarted the server, and the error message was gone. However, the changes
I made on certain pages were not taken when published. I really don't know
what went wrong!

Problem solved! I just restarted the server again, and all the problems were
gone.
