When I click Publish Website first it tells me that "server error cannot
open, there is no such file or folder ""we80.cnf" --clicks ok----then another
message comes up...
"unable to open www.XXXX.com server error ....underneath it lists
possible causes
1. web server may not have front page server extensions installed
2. server may be temporarily out of service
3 and 4 are more about server....

This has happened 3 days in a row when i try to publish website..any help is
very appreciated ! Thanks

I've had the condition a few times in the past and it was always remedied by
applying the FrontPage server extensions or repairing them from the control
panel. you'll need to do this in whatever control panel your host provides
or contact the host to do it for you.

The we80.cnf message showed up in my case because Frontpage was still
publishing to “www.site.com†rather than “site.comâ€. The new Yahoo servers
appear to see “www.†as a subpage. It published to the site with the “www.â€
deleted.
