Server Error when trying to publish

Just went to publish my website for my volunteer fire company this morning
only changed some text on my site and get the following error that was not
present yesterday. I did not change any settings anywhere that I know of.

Version Frontpage 2002.
Go to file, publish web, Microsoft FrontPage error [Server error: Cannot
open file ".frontpage-httpd.conf" for reading.]

Sometimes I can click ok to error, cancel out retry, then it sometimes will
eventually publish it. Then sometimes states that a web is not present for
http://bart51.com?
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
