seriously heeeeeelp

i don't know what i did?..but i can't have a messenger ..the whole thing
started when i downloaded the latest version of windows live messenger , but
it didn't work , so i just wanted to download another one but i can't find
the program on the add/remove program list of the control panel to unistall
it and install a new one and it doesn't show anywhere else..and when i try to
download any other messengers ,the message of having to unistall the
messenger that i got shows up even the ones of the same version doesn't show
anywhere............can anyone help me up ? i am losing my mind.

Go to Start/Run, and type: "rundll32 setupapi,InstallHinfSection BLC.Remove
128 %SystemRoot%\INF\msmsgs.inf"

i really appretiate your help ..but still not working although a new message
shows up "A network error occured while attempting to read from the file:
Cocuments and Settings\ Mustafa\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\ContentIE5\2XSFE9M5\Messenger[1].msi"

thanx Paul i think Mr. Mark somehow helped me up..i'm not sure how but i
opened my pc and a windows live beta messenger showed up in the start menu
but not in the add/remove program list but the problem now this message shows
up when i sign in "Signing in to Windows live messenger Beta failed because
the service is temporarily unavailable. please try again later.
Error code: 8000ffff" ...i've checked the service status on MSN Messenger
web page , the statement "All systems are stable and runing" is written
so,what should i do ..can i keep it and fix this error or it is better to
find a way to get rid of it so it wont cause me problems in the future.

If you are still having problems, try to fix the error. I would delete it
and start again.
