serious trouble

on my friends computer i messed up and ended up getting
rid of the log in password and now she cant use her
computer. what can we do.

hate to break it to you,but if you don't have a username
and password for someone to logon with administrative
privileges and reset the password, you'll have to re-
install 2000. there is no way around it.
