"sent" emails not being received

Emails I have sent to multiple recipients show in my sent folder, but are not
received by the recipients. The emails are not making it to my internet
service provider and they are not bouncing back to me or showing any error
messages. Any insight?

Disable the Outlook integration of your virus scanner and try again.

What makes you think they are not making it to your ISP?
Log onto your ISP web mail & send one from there

I called my ISP and ran a test with the problem emails. None of them made it
to them. Also, according to them if the emails made it to them and couldn't
go through, I would receive an error message. I will try it from my webmail,
though. Thanks.
