Outgoing email problem

I just installed Outlook 2007 on my new computer and moved all my Outlook
2002 folders and data to Outlook2007. The email test shows that it is set up
correctly and I am able to receive email. However, whenever I try to send an
email, I get a message back like this:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: FW:
Sent: 3/7/2010 8:32 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached

However, it never lists any recipients, but I have verified that it was
never received by the recipient to whom it was sent. The only emails that go
through are to another computer on my network.

Which mail account type are you using?
The only emails that go
through are to another computer on my network.
Are you using your own local mail server or one hosted by an ISP?

Did you configure the e-mail account defined within Outlook to authenticate
to the SMTP mail server?
