Sent Emails receipents

C

Chris

A user has come to me with an issue in Outlook 2003. After they have sent
an email to some internal people and some external address. They go to the
sent items and look at the recipients and the only ones listed are the
internal user emails. The external email users are not listed in the sent
items.

All recipients in the email ARE receiving the email

Has anyone come across this before? I have tried to recreate it with no luck

Maybe it’s an exchange issue?

Any help would be great!

Can you (or the user) reproduce it on the users machine?

Is the user sure they didn't BCC the external addresses?

Yes the User can recreate the issue on thier machine. The interesting part
is that everyone CC:is an internal address and the TO was an external
address and the TO: is blank from the sent items. If i am able to i can post
a screen shot.
