Auto removal of message when replying or forwarding

Hi,

I have received a requirement from my user where they would like to make it
such that when any receipent (internal or external) tries to reply or forward
an email they've sent, it would automatically remove the previous content
leaving only the latest header and the disclaimer.

Please kindly advice.

Thank you.

Not possible as you cannot control what the recipient will do with a message
and there are too many variables on the receiving end to try to effectively
counter this.

You can make a legal disclaimer in the message but these usually don't hold
in court. The best approach would be to have the receiver sign an NDA. This
way, when a leak occurs you can at least take legal steps against it.

Another way to protect you content is to send a link only which allows them
access to your secure intranet site.

You can of course train your internal users to do this. Providing them with
a notification could be helpful still. This add-in might interest you;
