removing wallpaper from replies/forwards

receive emails from co-worker that uses wallpaper. My replies to him or
forwards of his email to others also use his wallpaper. is there a setting I
can use that will remove the wallpaper on my replies and forwards? without
having to go in and select plain text every time I respond or forward one of
his emails. Thanks!

-ask him not to send messages with backgrounds
-remove the background via the menu (or create a macro)
-set Outlook to read all messages in Plain Text

....same thing happened in our company, the solution was a "no wallpaper"
company policy.
