I previously sent email to someone, and now cannot get their email addy off
of my list. When I go to type in any email address that starts with the same
letter, up pops that email addy, and I cannot figure out how to delete it.

That list is rather hard to edit. I found this program offered, but haven't
tried it:

Another way to remove it from the list is to send email to 29 different
addresses you'd prefer to have on the list.
