Sending video clips

I am trying to send a video clip that is 2.3Mb in size
via outlook express from my hotmail account. After a few
minutes I get the following message. If the message size
is too big what would be the best way to compress it???
Anyone any ideas where I am going wrong??

"An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Message size is
too large', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x80004005"

Most mail servers (including Hotmail) limit the size of attachments. You
need to compress to .wmv or break the video into segments.

You can also set OE to automatically break it down to smaller pieces, for
example 512kB.
This is from help: (in finnish)
1.. Valitse Työkalut-valikosta Tilit.
2.. Valitse joko Sähköposti- tai Uutisryhmä-välilehdestä Ominaisuudet.
3.. Valitse Lisäasetukset-välilehdestä Lähetä osissa, jos koko on suurempi
kuin x kt ja kirjoita sitten palvelimen määrittämä suurin mahdollinen
tiedostokoko.

1 From Tools-menu, choose Accounts.
2.From either Mail- or Newsgroups-tab choose Properties
3. On Advanced-tab, Send in pieces, if bigger than x kB (512kB is usually
usable)

Then the recepient only has to mark the messages together and from the
Message-menu choose "combine and decode"
