Sending mail on behalf of

We have a joint mailbox that we all have ownership permission rights of. We
want to send e-mail so that when reading a recieved e-mail in the sent field
it would read e.g; Sent 'from Carl Siddons on behalf of CAD Service Team'.

We are using Outlook 2002

You need Exchange and you need a mailbox named "CAD Service Team". You then
need to give the individuals for whom you wish this to happen "send on
behalf of" permission in Active Directory. I don't know if they need to be
delegates of the mailbox or not, as I'm not all that familiar with
delegation.
