sending emails from multiple email addresses

I set up a second email address with my ISP & configured Outlook 2002 to send
& receive mail. I receive mail to both accounts but how do I select which
address I want the mail sent from? The message box doesn't include a From
button to select the address. Do I need to set up a second profile?

When you compose a new message, you should see an "accounts" button next to
the "send" button. You can choose which account to use from there...

I tried that before sending this post but only choice on the list is
mail.wavecable.com listed twice but not my two email accounts.
