Post this in a newsgroup for whatever mail client you use.

What email program are you attempting to use?

And are you really trying to send emails with the subject "You have
received a YouTube video"? That looks like spam to me.

You are asking in the wrong news group.
But your error message indicates that you did not configure your email program with the POP3 server
name and the SMTP server name that your ISP requires. Contact your ISP for this information.

I get this occasionally (the bit before "subject") and it seems to me the
ISP server is having a coffee break. I used to re-enter configuration
information and passwords, etc. but nothing worked. So I left it and a
little while later it worked as though nothing had happened.

If your ISP's SMTP server takes frequent coffee breaks, it's probably
time to get a new ISP.

Your account isn't even close to being set up properly in whatever Mail
Client you're using, Donna.
