Each time I send a e-mail I get the following error messages:

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.

Subject 'Testing', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port:
25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.

Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

To send the email from the window live mail we will need and IP address to
configure POP3 and SMTP.

Can this be resolve?

You need to enter the correct server names & settings.
Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist
you.

To access a Yahoo account with an email program like Windows Mail via POP3,
it has to be a Yahoo Plus account.
