Cannot send e-mails, please help!

I am having difficulty sending e-mails and are receiving the following
message:

The host 'SMTP' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Subject '', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'SMTP', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the
server name correctly.
Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

Can anyone help me with this?

"SMTP" and "POP3" are not valid mail server names.
You get the correct mail server names from your provider.
If you are setting up your @sbcglobal.net account, follow these
