Everytime I try to send a email error occurs it says

For specific troubleshooting, please give the name of your email provider,
the part after the @ symbol in your address.

I can receive email but can't send email out unless I go to the hinet
website. My email provider is ms23.hinet.net. Can anybody help advise what
I should do or the website is the only way to send email?

You don't have valid mail server names. You get the correct mail server
names from your mail service provider. If you need help with that, tell
us who provided your email address.

The support web page for Hinet.net appears to be in Chinese,
which I can't read.
Do you get an error message when you try to send? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Jodi, you might want to change 'windows mail' as your default, you can look
into other providers. I had the same problem and used another service. I am
dissapointed with 'windows vista'

It doesn't matter which email program you use...
you still have to enter the correct server names and settings necessary to
access your email account.

Name that tune . . . . . What is the name of your email provider? The part
after the @ symbol in your address?
