Send/Recieve feature

I can't seem to find the send/recieve option in Outlook
2000. I reciently had problems with my computer
(shocking) and had to install several patches from MS.
When I open Outlook you see the button briefly flash
(where it used to be before the patches) but the button is
not visible to use. I also can't find the option to --get
mail-- through any of the features. Does any of the
McAfee products effect this?

What happens if you go into Windows Control Panel and double-click the
Mail icon? Do you see the e-mail account options there?
