Security Update for Windows XP (KB835732

I keep downloading and installing Security Update for
Windows XP (KB835732)
But windows update keeps saying that I need to install it
even after it says it has been installed

try uninstall it and let windows update install it again. and check to see
if it was installed correctly. use msba to scan your system

I have downloaded and installed Security Update for Win XP
(KB835732) 13 times and still windows update says I need
to install it. What gives? I am getting very frustrated.
The last time I shut down all my applications and rebooted
my system but still no luck with the installation. Looking
for some guidance.
