(KB823980)patch during instalation this message appears
tell me how do i solve this issue

setup could not verify the integrity of the file
Update.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic service is runing

Your Cryptographic Service is most likely running fine, renaming or deleting
the Catroot2 folder is most likely what you need to do to solve the problem.

The Catroot2 problem can be avoided in the future by installing Q817287.
