"Security" settings on Hard Disk ?

I am using Serice Pack# 1 with XP Pro.
I am in as ADMinistrator.
I use Windows Explorer to manage share/folders.
My disk is NTFS.

When right-click on a folder, I select "Properties". The "Security" tab is no longer there but replaced by the following tabs:
General, Sharing, Web Sharing, and Customize. How do I get the "Security" tab back ?

Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View and uncheck
"Use Simple File Sharing" and click "Apply".
