Security tab on window xp professional not display

Hi all,
I use window xp professional and also use NTFS file
systems.I have some problem about security tab when i
select properties of file or folder.
Normally When i select properties of folder i can see
General,Sharing,Security,Web Sharing,Customize tab but
right now my i install new computer and can't see
Security and Web Sharing tab.

someone know how to enable this tab.

You need to also disable Simple File Sharing:
