How to get "classic Security and Sharing" tabs

On my XP Professional machine I am trying to give specific uses certain
privileges to certain directories.

On my previous machine which was part of the company domain I had far more
advanced setting for directory security and sharing.

I read somewhere that on XP Professional that is only part of a workgroup
the "classic Security and Sharing" tabs are replaced by a more simple UI -
which I am getting.

Is there anyway to enable the classic "classic Security and Sharing"
without being part of a domain?

This is incorrect.

In XP Pro go to Control Panel>Folder Options>View tab and uncheck the option
for Simple File Sharing. Apply/OK out.
