security issue?

Hope someone can help. Ive recently upgraded to broadband
with wanadoo, Since the upgrade every time that I need to
be transferred to a separate window to input personal
data or log onto an account that I have set up with HSBC
for personal banking or a mail order company to check my
account, the window that is opened transfers me to a
search engine called Incredifind. What have I done wrong?

I am not familiar with wanadoo, but I do know incredifind is
spyware/malware/browser hijacker. You need to rid your system of this
garbare.

It is recommended every computer have both programs (or alternatives) on top
of your Anti-Virus Program. Make sure they are always updated and run them
regularly, especially after you have downloaded a program or your
computer/browser begins acting different/strange.

If you are unable to rid your computer of sypware after trying the above
programs, download hijack this and post your log at one the forums. When
you download the program, save it in its own folder, hit scan, DON'T FIX
ANYTHING, just click save log, notepad will open and you can name the file,
then copy and paste your log to one of the forums.
