Security Centre

My PC crashed and I had to restart it in Safe Mode and run Systems Restore
to a date which was before a major changes were installed in my Firewall
with ZoneAlarm. This meant that my Firewall protection was eliminated by
Systems Restore. I then tried to activate Windows Firewall, (so that I could
connect the PC to the Internet) but when I open the Security Centre I get
the following Note:- The Security Centre is currently unavailable because
the Security Centre service has not been started or was stopped. Please
close this window, restart the computer (or start the Security Centre
service) and then open the Security Centre again. I should add that the PC
with this problem is not connected to the Internet.
I restarted the computer but I still get the same Notice.
How do I "start the Security Centre service"?

Hi

Type the following from Start>Run

services.msc

then scroll down to the Security Center Service. If it hasn't been started,
right click on it and select 'Start'.
