Security Alert NAV

[Tom O'Reilly]

I have just downloaded and installed WIndows XP SP2 and
after rebooting as instructed I am getting a Security
Alert message telling me that my Norton Anti Virus 2003
(Ver 9.05.15) is not on but it is.
Why is this message coming up?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you read http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/sp2/faq.html before
installing SP-2 (and similarly check for compatibility with SP-2 for all
your other applications)? Notice the 4th question might address your
problem.

I would like to know what program is telling you that, Windows or NAV or
something else?
