Sec Master HDD Error

I have received the error message when turning on my computer. Also the
computer makes clicking noises when trying to turn on. How do I correct this
problem. I have also had problems trying to shut the computer down. It does
not respond.

Please Help me.
 
One corrrects the problem by replacing the faulty component.

'Sounds' like your Hard Drive is dead or near to death.
