searching in "help and support center" does not work

whatever I write in the search box in help and support center gives no
matches.

The option for searching all three tabs are clicked, I havent changed it,
but it searches and searches and gives no result. Don't know how it has got
corrupt.

any ideas why the search in help doesnt work?
