Help and Support Center KB Search

My Help and Support Center Knowledge Base searches only produce 41 results
(and occasionally 40 or 42 but never more). I have the search options set to
return 250 results per provider. I know that at one time it produced more
results. Does anyone know why it does this and how to correct it so I get
more results? Thanks.

The results would depend on many other variables besides just the results
per provider. Keywords, options for Exact Phrase, All of the words, etc.

I get 41 results maximum for KB searches regardless of query words, search
option settings or other variables. I have tried all combinations. If I set
the results per provider to a number less than 41, I will receive that number
of results, but never more than 40-42 (usually 41). Something seems to be
limiting the results to 41. Other aspects of the search such as Suggested
Topics and Full-Text Search Matches are not limited and return many results.
I have not been able to find any settings in the registry or elsewhere to
address this. What else can I try? Thank you for responding.
