Search Problem "There was a problem sending the command to the program can

When I right click the start button and click search I
get the error message "There was a problem sending the
command to the program." But I can search from the
programs menu by left clicking on the Start button. Any
=body heard of this problem?

Did some internet searching and found out the latest
update to Zone Alarm is causing the problem. Whenever I
disable Zone Alarm, the problem goes away.

If you are using ZoneAlarm, allow Windows Explorer access to internet. If this does not help, remove and reinstall ZA.

ZA was my next attempted fix. Thank you!
