Search doesn't work

When I try to search for files or folders from windows
explorer or by right clicking the start button the
following message appears:

There was a problem sending the command to the program.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi Mark,

If you are using ZoneAlarm, allow access to Windows Explorer. If this does not help, reset the security settings in ZoneAlarm.
