SD & MP3 question.

Windows Explorer will no longer show all of the songs from my MP3
player and also will not show all of the directories/pictures on my SD
camera card. The SD card shows everything if I put it in a card
reader, but not from the camera. The reader will show up as a USB icon
in the systray, but the camera does not.
I feel it is in XP since it is affecting two different things. Could
it be a type of "service" that might be disabled?

Thanks , Bob

Windows Explorer limits the folder/files view to 400. Are the total
files on your Secure Digital (SD) card more than that? If they are,
you can increase the view at below website to 8000. Good luck :~)

Hi,
No, there are no way near that. Just a hand full. It seems to be
a USB thing. THe usb icon appears in the systray for a second or two,
then disappears. The pc will see a SD card as a USB drive, but not the
camera or my MP3 player as a USB drive.
