SD Card Reader Problem

Hiya, I've got two SD Cards that I use on my Sharp GX30 mobile phone, the first
SD Card (which is 8Mb) works perfectly on both the phone and on Windows XP.
While the second SD Card (which is 64Mb) works fine on the phone, but Windows
XP does not recognise it, I use a Packard Bell 6in1 Model No PB-CR300, does
anyone have any ideas please?

Click start, right click on my computer, and then click properties. Next goto the hardware tab at the top, and then click device manager. click the plus next to disk drives, right click on your media card reader and click uninstall, Now restart your computer, make sure you have no card in the slot, when your computer is restarted try putting your SD card reader in it.
