Scanner Issues

I cannot get my scanner program to run on XP. It worked
fine on Me but even switching the compatability to run on
Me it won't load. I tried the suggestion in article
Q300462 but I cannot find the WIA drivers in the Device
Manager. Any help would be appreciated.

Of course, you don't tell us the make and model of
scanner, or whether you've been to the manufacturer's
website to find out if there's an XP-compatible driver for
it. How do you expect to get help if you don't provide
any useful information?

There are those days when that crystal ball just doesn't provide enough info
though. And this could be one of them.
