Scanner Driver

It seems that I have "lost" the Scanner driver/s in XP. When trying to add new hardware with the Scanner and Camera Installation Wizard, only Cameras are displayed in the "model" colum - no scanners
I have lost the usage of the Scanner Wizard and is trying to restore it
Plse advis

Have you been to the website of the scanner driver and downloaded and
installed updated drivers for your particular make and model?
