I had to hard boot my PC and decided to let it scan when
it re-booted. It named a load of files that it said were
invalid. I now have a new folder called "Found.000". Ther
are files in it called "file0000.chk".

Any idea what these are and what do I need to do?

Those are "orphaned" fragments of files; most likely parts of
deleted/overwritten files. You can try viewing their contents with
NotePad, but they'll most likely be gibberish. They can be safely
deleted.
